"Choosing the Right Hosting"
Out of all the hosting options, I went with king-servers. I haven't had it for too long, roughly 5 months, but I can surely say it's been my top pick. Not one hiccup during the whole time I've been using it, and their tech support is always available.

"Lack of Response to Power Issues"
The server rack went down, and they didn’t even bother to report it. The server was out for 14 hours, and I didn’t get any compensation for the losses. I reached out to tech support for their take on the situation, but all I got were generic replies. I also noticed the equipment was running hot—15 degrees Celsius over the normal range—and nobody seemed to care about that either. A week later, the same issue popped up again. Tech support took 10 hours to respond to my first request, and after I sent a second one, they finally acknowledged there was a power issue and claimed they were on it. They said the power was back after 6 hours, but the server still wasn’t online due to a bad reboot. When I asked about it, they told me they’d “check tomorrow,” which was after 16 hours of downtime. Oh, and by the way, IPMI/VNC is also down, so good luck fixing it yourself.

"Total data loss on one of my servers"
Customer support is MIA on weekends and holidays. I lost all the data on one of my servers because of the provider's mistake, and there was no explanation, no apologies, and definitely no compensation. They only respond once a day. After the data went missing, they restored a backup that was two months old. When I asked about it, they said they’re not required to recover the lost data and that this restoration was just a 'goodwill gesture.'
